What a lovely book!
But when I looked to the amazon website to see if I can buy it, I discoverd that there are two similar looking books…
“200 fair isle motifs” and “200 fair isle designs”, both due to appear mid/end November.
I’m confused, are they different or the same with different covers?
I would love to know before I place an order.

Ok…so who knew how complex book distribution is.The books I got in LA were culled and “drop shipped” the the great folks at the LYS Knitting With Sandra…they were the only ones and sold out immediately. The rest of the books were sent from Hong Kong to Interweave in Colorado by container.
When IK gets them, they fullfil their online orders, the orders to LYS across the country and the orders to their distributors at the same time. Some distributors take longer than others, hence the late date that Amazon gives on the website. The later date also reflects how far you are from the point of distribution. For example, LYS closer to Loveland Colorado will get their copies first, and if you live in the State of Maine like I do, it will take longer for your LYS to get the books.
So in future, I will know to tell people: to order from INTERWEAVE if they want to get the books ASAP…and they will have to wait to get a discount from Amazon…which reflects as a discount to the royalty as well….who knew?
Regarding the two titles to the book, Motifs is the US title, Designs is the UK title.
