    Oh my! Shearing day and a boat ride – two of my favorite activities! If you need an extra hand next year, just give me a few days to get there! (My shearing day here at the farm happens much earlier, during the month of March.) Beautiful scenery!

      Wow, March does seem early compared with the islands. The island shearings are weather dependent as you can imagine, so it is hard to plan, especially if you’re coming from afar. You might get here and end up sitting on the mainland in the rain for a few days!

      It is gorgeous isn’t it? And the drive downeast isn’t bad either!
