El Brujo Glacier

December 28, 2012 by Mary Jane 1 Comment

El Brujo Glacier originates in the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. An area that is part of the enormous Bernardo O’Higgins National Park, the largest protected area in Chile. We sailed by way of the Sarimento Chanel through Peel Fjord.

We floated closer!

Big Ice!

Cold Water!

We have also been that close to a glacier on a cruise and I still remember the beautiful blue of the ice. I enjoyed it but I couldn’t get the Titanic out of my mind. Haha!
